2025/26 Payment Policies

At ADMA Dance & Gymnastics, we strive to make our programs accessible, flexible, and easy for families to manage.

 

All students are welcome to try a class for free. If you are sampling classes, no payment is due until all family members have selected their final class schedule.

Registration Fee

A yearly registration fee is required: $30 per student or $55 per family

Prices are valid for the 2025/26 season for registrations received between 4/1/25 - 12/31/25

Monthly Tuition

  • 1 class per week – $78/month

  • 2 classes per week – $156/month

  • 3 classes per week – $234/month

Billing Schedule

Tuition is divided into 11 equal monthly payments:

  • First payment is due in August

  • Followed by 10 additional installments due on the 1st of each month

 

Automatic withdrawal is required for all accounts. Tuition will be processed on the first of each month. A late fee of $25 per student will be applied after the 15th of the month for unpaid balances. Please note: A 2.59% processing surcharge is added to every transaction paid with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.

Recital Fees (Dance Classes)

To prepare for our seasonal performances, the following fees apply for dance classes:

  • Winter Recital Costume Fees: Due October 1st (only for performing classes)

  • Winter Recital Fee: Due November 1st

  • Spring Recital Costume Fees: Due February 15th (only for performing classes)

  • Spring Recital Fee: Due April 1st

These fees cover costumes, production expenses, and performance-related costs.

 

 

Withdrawals & Missed Classes

  • A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes.

  • Tuition is non-refundable for missed classes.

  • Missed classes may be made up, please contact the office for appropriate options.

 

These policies allow us to maintain consistent, high-quality instruction while providing families with clear and predictable tuition expectations.
