
Josephine Savelli
Studio Owner, Director of Dance
Josephine began her dance training at Savelli’s Dance and Martial Arts at the age of 3, where she also trained to be a teacher under the direction of Dianne Savelli. She was a member of Savelli’s Triple Threat Dancers from 2002-2008, as well as teaching tap classes at the Willoughby Senior Center. She performed in Tap into Peace: A Tap Tribute to Stevie Wonder in both Cleveland and New York.
Josephine has taken master classes from teachers in New York, Chicago, and Cleveland. Josephine also performed at the Chicago Human Rhythm Project as a member of the Cleveland Tap Collective, Tappy Holidays in Cleveland, Montana, and New York. Josephine was a member of the Saravelli Sextet: a tap group created by Sarah Savelli that has performed in Tappy Holidays, at Third Federal Corporate Christmas Party in Columbus, Cleveland, and New York. She has also given back to the community by performing at various community causes.
Josephine holds an Associate of Arts Degree and with over 20 years of dance experience, she instructs our students in all principles of dance. Encouraging dancers to be disciplined, and work hard to achieve their goals in the art of dance.

Kirsten Mills
Dance Instructor
Miss Kirsten has been dancing for 16 years, 9 of those have been under the study of Ms. Josephine Savelli. She spent a year as Ms. Josephine’s assistant teacher in many classes before becoming an instructor. Her passion is Tap, however, she is accomplished in many principals of dance, including Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical and Musical Theater. A competitive dancer with ADMA’s Elite Performance Team, she has placed overall in numerous competitions, securing 1st overall with Tap and Lyrical. She performed in a professional production of The Nutcracker in collaboration with Verb Ballets. She has taken Master Classes and performed in a Tap Competition piece under the study of Sarah Savelli and was a senior member of The Cleveland Tap Crew. Kirsten is currently working on a degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Performing Arts at LCCC.

Emili Ramirez
Dance Instructor
Emili Ramirez began dancing at just two years old and has been in love with movement ever since. Trained in ballet, hip hop, and jazz, she brings both versatility and passion to every space she enters. Emili is currently in her second season dancing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, showcasing her professionalism and performance quality on a major stage. With over ten years of experience as a choreographer and teacher, Emili is dedicated to helping dancers grow in confidence and artistry. She has trained and performed in notable competitions and workshops including Hip Hop International, World of Dance Panama, and Kaos, and loves sharing her energy and knowledge with dancers of all ages.

Emmaline Devore
Dance Instructor
Emmaline Devore started dancing at age 3 and trained in multiple states (Missouri, South Dakota, Arizona, and Oklahoma). She attended Mercyhurst University where she graduated with honors, attaining her B.F.A. in Dance Performance while holding dance and academic scholarships. She performed with Seiche Dance Collective 2022-2023 under the direction of artistic director Danielle Kaiser, has appeared as an artist with Deos Contemporary Ballet under the direction of Tess Sinke. Some of her favorite performances include performing the role of Rothbart in Swan Lake and performing original choreographic works during Seiche’s spring show intra-action.

Leslie Mihelich
Gymnastics & Acro Instructor
Leslie Mihelich has been dancing and tumbling for over 30 years. In that time she competed in dance and gymnastics competitions, performed in several theatrical productions, and attended many Master Classes through multiple dance conventions. Leslie began teaching at the age of 16, learning how to work with young students to adapt and improve their skills. She has worked with Just for Kix, teaching dance and tumbling, and Co-coached a competitive dance team in Minnesota. Leslie is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in rehabilitative massage and a certified personal trainer

Anslee Palmer
Assistant Director of Dance
Anslee Palmer is an award-winning choreographer who grew up training in Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL. She graduated from Auburn University through the Interdisciplinary Studies Program with a focus in Business, Dance, and Human Development and Family Studies. She has since served as the Associate Director for a dance studio in Auburn, AL for over 10 years. Anslee has also had the opportunity to work professionally for various nationally recognized dance corporations in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, furthering her administrative and choreographic experience. Most recently, Anslee won an Industry Dance award for her choreography, where she was recognized at their awards ceremony and benefit program representing Dancers Against Cancer.
Anslee brings over 15 years of teaching and choreography experience leading her studio dancers through various local and national performances, guiding them to give back to their community through local outreach programs and benefit performances, and leading dancers to further their dance education. Anslee’s passion for dance education and empowering dancers to find and elevate to new heights has allowed every dancer she has taught to feel emboldened by her enthusiasm and encouraged to find the best version of themselves without comparing to those around them. Her exceptional talent in choreography, specific teaching style focusing on technique, and encouraging dancers to rediscover the joy of dance to build them into confident dancers has set her apart in the dance community. She is thrilled to join ADMA’s team and dedicated to helping dancers grow as dance technicians, exceptional performers, and well-rounded young individuals.

Rachel Leheney
Dance Instructor
Rachel Leheney grew up dancing at the age of 2.5 years old at a studio in Sagamore Hills and followed her favorite teacher, who opened up a studio in her hometown, Broadview Heights, in 2009. For the past 20 years, she has trained in various styles of dance including jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, modern, pointe, tap & acrobatics. Rachel spent all of 2019-2023 training with Cleveland Dance Project company as a company member. Throughout Rachel’s time on company she has gotten opportunities to perform in several CDP shows, multiple video projects, the Israel Festival, the gathering place, the NFL draft, fashion shows, multiple photo/video shoots and so much more. Rachel has also been involved with the Cleveland Guardians organization as a Cleveland striker from 2022-2023. Rachel has taught various styles of dance to dancers ages 3-35 and has also worked with the special needs adaptive program over the past several years. Rachel enjoys teaching several award-winning competitive teams, recreational technique, conditioning, total body, tap, hip hop, and preschool/school-age combos. Rachel loves teaching and helping dancers become their best selves in and outside of the classroom! She is excited to continue training and learning during her time on staff!

Missy Miranda
Dance Instructor
Miss Missy has over 25 years of dance and choreography experience. She has taught dance for 9 years, 3 of those have been with ADMA and spent under the study of Ms. Josephine Savelli. Missy’s passion is Hip Hop, however she is also versed in Tap and Ballet. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and continues her education in dance. Missy’s Hip Hop classes are full of principal learning while being fun and exciting.

Kyle Bowen
Dance Instructor
Kyle Bowen is a hip hop choreographer from Cleveland, Ohio. He has been teaching, choreographing, and performing professionally since 2015. Kyle joined the Cleveland Cavaliers Scream Team in 2016, and performed alongside a plethora of industry artists such as Ludacris, MGK, Flo Rida, and 2 Chainz. Kyle worked as an NBA & AHL coach & choreographer for the Cleveland Cavaliers & Cleveland Monsters hockey team, where his routines were performed live in front of up to 20,000 fans at the Fieldhouse. As a teacher, his choreography has received several choreography awards, first place accolades, as well as World Championship qualifications at local and national competitions. Kyle's main focus is to provide a challenging and unique environment for his students, and to do so in a way that leaves his students and peers feeling inspired, driven, and to enjoy the process of their individual growth.

Bridget Byrne
Gymnastics & Acro Instructor
Bridget brings a dynamic and well-rounded background in both gymnastics and dance to her teaching. She was a competitive gymnast at Thome Ohio Gymnastics for eight years and competed for Midpark High School from 1988–1989, placing in the Top 10 at the State Championships both years. During her time at Thome, Bridget taught all levels, from infants through Team, building a strong foundation in coaching athletes of every age and ability. She went on to coach women’s gymnastics for Lakewood High School, Midpark High School, and Berea High School from 1990–1991. Bridget also spent three seasons as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers Dance Team (1990–1993), where she further developed her performance and dance expertise. Her dance training includes Tap, Jazz, and Ballet, allowing her to blend athletic precision with artistry in everything she teaches.
