Dress Code for Dance & Gymnastics Classes
Our dress code is designed to help instructors clearly see students' body lines, including posture, alignment, arm placement, and footwork, so they can provide the best possible training and correction. Dancers will get the most out of their classes when the dress code is followed consistently.
Mommy & Me, Tiny Tots, Mini Movers, Rising Stars:
Leotard of choice, tights or socks, pink ballet slippers (for boys black), and black tap shoes, hair pulled back and neat.
Jazz / Leaps & Turns Classes
Leotard of choice, or athletic top/sports bra with athletic pants or dance shorts and optional jazz shoes. Hair pulled back and neat.
Hip Hop Classes
Comfortable athletic attire, no jeans or street clothes, tennis shoes/athletic shoes
Ballet & PrePointe Classes
Any color leotard, pink tights, ballet skirt (optional), pink split sole ballet shoes, hair secured in a bun and pinned back tightly.
Lyrical / Contemporary Classes
Leotard of choice, or athletic top/sports bra with athletic pants or dance shorts. Hair pulled
back and neat.
Acro / Gymnastics Classes
Leotard or sports bra with dance shorts/leggings. Hair pulled back and neat.
Tap Classes
Leotard of choice, or athletic top/sports bra with athletic pants or dance shorts and black tap shoes. Hair pulled back and neat.
Pointe Classes
Any color leotard, pink tights, ballet skirt (optional), pink pointe shoes, hair secured in a bun and pinned back tightly.
Boys Class Attire
Athletic shirt and shorts or fitted pants with appropriate shoes. No street clothes or jeans.
